THE MISSION: provide compassionate presence, share hope through the Word of God, offer spiritual care and prayer, and put love into action, TOGETHER!

One way we do this:

We bring church to those living in independent, assisted, and memory care facilities! Through worship, the Word, prayer, and fellowship, we invite individuals to encounter the love of God and hope of the Gospel message. We are always looking for people interested in serving with us to bring the hope and love of Jesus to seniors who are unable to get to church. All who join our team are trained and equipped to serve using their gifts and talents. The Church gathering becomes a launching pad for community and connection throughout the week!

We are currently serving in senior homes in the Inland Empire in Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, and Montclair.
