Ahava Pathways believes in going TO the one who is lonely, hurting, sick, and in need of hope. Some of the ways that we care for others include, but are not limited to:
chaplain-style house visits to offer a listening ear, prayer, and spiritual conversation
connecting seniors with resources and other service providers they may need
being a bridge for those who are in need of grief support services, end-of-life preparation and funeral services, connecting them with pastoral care, in-home visits, and family support
grief support groups in the community so others can come together to find healing
eating together, sharing stories, and always being reading to give an answer for the hope we have
Gatherings for funeral and memorial service
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. -Galatians 6:2
